Terms & Guarantee

These terms are between you and Coach Caelum Ltd (company no. 16909997), 7 Victoria St, Tamworth B79 7HS, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: caelum@coachcaelum.com. Nothing in them takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer.

The services

• Discovery call: free, no obligation.
• 14 Day Kickstart: a free introductory challenge.
• CORE4 Brotherhood: online community support and group accountability.
• CORE4 1:1 Coaching: private online coaching including a personalised training programme reviewed every 14 days, nutrition targets and strategy, daily check-ins through the coaching app, and message support with replies usually inside 1 hour.

Coaching is fitness coaching. It is not medical, physiotherapy or dietetic advice, and it doesn't replace your GP.

Who can sign up

You must be 18 or over, sign up as a consumer, complete our health screening questionnaire before coaching starts, and keep the health information you give us accurate and up to date. If the screening flags a risk, we'll ask you to check with your GP first.

How the contract forms

You apply through this site, we talk, and if we're a fit we send you a written offer. The contract forms when you accept it online, and we confirm everything by email before coaching begins.

Price and payment

Current prices are CORE4 1:1 Coaching at $2,000, the CORE4 Brotherhood membership at $50 per month, and the 14 Day Kickstart free of charge. Pricing is confirmed in writing before you accept an offer, and that written offer controls if anything differs. Prices include VAT where applicable. If a payment fails we'll let you know and retry; we may pause coaching until it's resolved.

Your 14-day cooling-off right

You can cancel within 14 days of the day after the contract forms, without giving a reason: email us or use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page. We refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

If you ask us to start coaching inside those 14 days and then cancel, you pay only for the days of coaching delivered, calculated as a daily share of the monthly fee, and we refund the rest.

The Results Guarantee

Lose at least 15 lb / 7 kg in your first 90 days of CORE4 1:1 Coaching, or every coaching fee paid for that period is refunded in full. If you and your coach agree a different goal at onboarding (muscle gain or recomposition), that agreed goal replaces the 15 lb / 7 kg threshold.

The guarantee applies when you follow the system. Concretely, over the 90 days:

• Daily check-ins logged in the coaching app, on time, on at least 90% of days
• At least 90% of programmed training sessions completed, or rescheduled with your coach in advance
• Food tracked as agreed in your plan on at least 90% of days

Everything in that list is measured in the coaching app, where you can see your own adherence at any time. Nothing is judged at our discretion.

To claim: email caelum@coachcaelum.com within 14 days of your day-90 review. If the app shows the conditions were met and the goal wasn't, the refund is issued in full within 14 days, to your original payment method, without argument. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.

Term, renewal and cancellation

• Coaching rolls month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice, by email or through your account, the same way you signed up. No cancellation fee.
• We can end the contract for non-payment or abusive conduct; if we do, you're refunded for anything paid and not yet delivered.

Your side of it

Tell us about health conditions and injuries honestly, train within the guidance you're given, and stop and tell your coach if something hurts beyond normal training effort. The programme is built on what you log; coaching can only be as good as the information you give it.

Programme materials

Training programmes, plans and other materials we give you are for your personal use only. They stay ours and can't be shared, resold or republished.

Photos and testimonials

We only use client photos, results or words in marketing with separate, specific consent. It's never a condition of coaching and you can withdraw it at any time. See the privacy notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or our legal duty to perform the service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond what the law doesn't allow us to limit, we aren't liable for losses caused by health information you didn't disclose or guidance you didn't follow, for business losses, or for indirect losses; our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event.

Text messages

If you opt in on one of our forms, we may send you text messages from the Coach Caelum SMS programme: appointment and call reminders and, where you've chosen them, coaching-related offers. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP (or email caelum@coachcaelum.com) for assistance; you can rejoin by opting in again on the website. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are governed by our privacy notice.

Complaints

Unhappy with anything? Email caelum@coachcaelum.com and we'll respond within 14 days. If we can't resolve it between us, you can use the small claims court; we'll also tell you at that point whether we're willing to use a certified alternative dispute resolution scheme.

General

If we change these terms in a way that affects you materially, we'll give you notice and you can exit without penalty. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring claims in your local UK courts.

Cancellation form

To cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you can copy this into an email to caelum@coachcaelum.com:

"I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for CORE4 Coaching. Name: ___. Email used to sign up: ___. Date of sign-up: ___. Date: ___."
